A Board of Trustees, which is the Apex Body, was constituted by the Foundation. The primary roles of the Board of Trustees include but not limited to; formulation of policies, dissemination of policies to appropriate Committees concerned, monitoring and coordinating the activities of various Committees and assisting where necessary to ensure they follow their Charters.
